1. Single card packaging --- Paper card is the actual size for the packaging, place the paper cards on the shelf and then place the products on the paper cards. After skin packaging with the film , cut to the actual size by utility knife.

 
2. Whole sheet of paper card packaging--- Keep the whole paper sheet without cutting, put the products on the paper sheet. After skin packaging with the film, cut to the actual size and the butterfly holes, round corners all with cutting die in one-time cutting. The appearance and quality of this skin packaging should be better than any others.
Advantage: Save time for placing the paper cards, one-time cutting, save time and fast with good appearance, quality and there are 2 cutting ways currently: Rolling Cutting and Hydraulic Press Cutting.
