"Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP) is widely used for meats, fish, seafood,
processed and premium foods.
  
The packaging is vacuumed out oxygen almost 100%, there are gas and water barriers in both of our paper card and skin film which efficiently
prevent foods from being spoiled by oxidation, color change, bacteria,
seal foods in freshness and extend shelf life.

 
Even though the Styrofoam and plastic are common and mostly used as the tray for VSP presently, we have already developed paper card
printing with high Oxygen barrier rate under the guidance of our
overseas customer.
 
We are able to print the paper cardboard with high Oxygen barrier
rate on the both sides with attractive and outstanding artwork for
promotion.
 
VSP can also reduce 70% paper waste and can be recycled which can
save the extra cost of lable and labling cost.

We accept the paper printing for various and small amount:
Thickness: 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, ..... 3.0mm for both skin packaging
cardboard and paper tray"
